Over 130 agents gathered to take part in the free “First Step To Bold”, which is the first day of training giving agents the opportunity to learn about the program, and what to expect. 110 total agents will take part in the full seven weeks.
BOLD is a 7 week coaching and conditioning program that helps agents to write, on average, 14.6 contracts in just the seven weeks. BOLD is delivered by a certified MAPS Coach who is highly trained to deliver the material and has been an agent in the past.
“During the last round of BOLD our agents averaged 16.4 contracts in 7 weeks. When the average agent nationally averages 6 contracts in a year, it’s clear that BOLD helps agents with their skills and their bottom line,” says Brian Wentz, Team Leader.
Over the seven weeks, BOLD agents will learn scripts and dialogues to become stronger lead generators, and will be making 20 contacts a day, for a total of 100 each week.
“Real estate is a close contact business, and the more contacts an agent makes, the more leads they receive and the more business they do. Knowing what to say and having enough people to say it to is what separates the highly successful agents from the rest,” says Wentz.
