2015-09-14 10.23.52In just over three years Keller Williams has grown from 28 agents in the Metro Des Moines community to over 275 agents, and has launched in new markets including Ankeny, Iowa and Sioux City, Iowa. That growth earned the company a second place nomination for the fastest growing companies in Iowa, in September 2015.

The growth of the company has been fueled by a model that puts agents first, is focused on helping the individual agent accomplish their unique business goals and an environment that results in a world-class culture.

“The leadership team wakes up everyday asking what can we do today to add value to our people,” Says Brian Wentz, Team Leader. “We believe the company works for the agent and if we can help the agent accomplish their goals, the company can then accomplish its goals.”

“We intend to keep growing and succeeding through our people. We don’t want everyone, just those highly motivated people who want to achieve great things in their business and life,” says Wentz.
