The doors opened today at the new home of Keller Williams Greater Des Moines! Relocating from the location KW launched from in Clive, the new home to Keller Williams is larger and has a modern feel with all the conveniences agents want in their office setting.
The building, formerly “Mondos’s Restaurant” underwent major renovations over the winter to transform the space to serve as office space.
The 9,300 square foot of space includes a beautiful lobby, a total of four agent conference rooms, a large training room which can serve nearly 100 agents, and a centrally located town square café area. Agents have the choice to work from drop stations, located all throughout the office areas, or cubicle space and also have options for single agent offices, multiple agent offices and team offices, depending on production levels and needs.
The building includes expansion space that will allow for another 5,000 square feet of agent offices in the future. Currently around 200 agents call this agent home, with planned growth to reach over 400 in the years ahead..
“Everything in this office is here by design to accommodate the needs of the modern agent, and our agents had significant input into the design and space usage,” says Brian Wentz, Team Leader. “This space has a crisp, bright feel. We added quite a few new windows to bring in the natural light, and were able to use the existing skylights to bring daylight into the central locations, where most offices are dark,” Brian said.
Brian added, “Construction of the exterior will be completed in the fall of 2015… and we look forward to welcoming our fellow cooperating agents to visit our space when they are in the area.”
