Typically Keller Williams agents are helping others make a move, yet this time KW is the one making the move!
After launching in a smaller location in Clive, Iowa, Keller Williams has acquired the building at 4001 Westown Parkway to serve as its flagship Iowa location. The building, formally “Mondo’s Restaurant” is undergoing extensive renovation inside and out, to prepare for the more than 400 agents who will eventually call the building home.
In preparation for the move, agents gathered at the new building for an “Intention Party” where agents painted the intentions for their business, and other motivational messages on the floors of their individual offices and common areas.
“This intention party lets agents leave a legacy of what they intend to accomplish for their clients, and the future of their businesses,” says Brian Wentz, Team Leader.
Construction of the building will be complete in June, with some exterior projects extending into the fall months. Agents expect to move in late May.
