During the 2015 Keller Williams Family Reunion Awards ceremony, KW Greater Des Moines was honored as a top Market Center in Profit Share for all of 2014, and also received recognition as a top Market Center in productivity, by total unit in the launch phase in 2014.

In the Keller Williams model, each month an office is profitable, the office returns around 48% of the owner profits back to the agents who helped grow the office, and add to profitability.

In 2014 KW Greater Des Moines shared over $296,600 with the agents in the office, and closed over 1800 total real estate transactions. That same year KW Greater Des Moines grew from 118 agents to 196 agents in the single office, and was the single most productive office in total units in the entire MLS, according to 201 DMAAR MLS stats.
