Keller Williams announces Brian Wentz as its Team Leader for the Greater Des Moines Market Center.
“I am thrilled to take on this role. It gives me an opportunity to focus on something I am very passionate about– working with talented individuals to help them grow personally and professionally, to whatever level of achievement they want to hit, through knowledge and self-mastery.”
Compared to the traditional real estate model of an office manager, the role of Team Leader is quite unique. A Team Leader is focused on growing each agent’s businesses through coaching and consulting using the Keller Williams models and systems. The Team Leader has a role in creating the productivity specific environment inside their market centers. As the CEO of the Market Center, the Team Leader sets the standards, provides the vision, and works with the Associates in maintaining the culture.
“The business model and culture of Keller Williams is truly unique in the real estate industry. KW believes that the agent is truly important and the company exists only because of the success and achievement of each agent.” Brian said.
“My role is to understand the needs, goals and challenges of each agent. Having been a producing agent for over 15 years in Des Moines, I know many of those challenges firsthand,” he said. “I also have come to understand where there is a problem, there is a solution if you have the right model and personal perspective.”
Kacy Bell, who is the Operating Partner for KW Greater Des Moines said “We are so proud to introduce Brian Wentz as our Team Leader! Brian, through his background and knowledge will bring great success to our Team!”
Brian was originally from NW Missouri, and relocated to Iowa in 1993. He grew his real estate business in a market where he knew virtually no one initially, to a thriving business with over 90% repeat and referral customers. He has worked together with his wife, Beth Ernst, as a team since 2000, and has stepped out of the team, replacing himself with another associate, to take on the role as Team Leader.
“An associate who is well-educated, motivated and enthusiastic about their career, is a win-win all around. I look forward to sharing the Keller Williams opportunity with this community”, says Brian.
He can be reached at 515-779-7677 or at Brian@kwdsm.com. The Keller Williams Market Center opened in March of 2012.
